Server Assistant

Four Seasons is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Talavera team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The role involves clearing and setting up tables, greeting guests, and delivering food, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean restaurant area.

Requirements

• Previous Server Assistant experience in a fine dining restaurant establishment preferred
• Basic Wine/Food/Spirit knowledge a plus
• Must be able to be on feet for entire shift and communicate with guests appropriately and effectively
