Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Talavera team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Server Assistant will clear, clean and set up/break down tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service while supporting servers with performing steps of service to restaurant guests.
Requirements
- Previous Server Assistant experience in a fine dining restaurant establishment preferred
- Basic Wine/Food/Spirit knowledge a plus
- Must be able to be on feet for entire shift and communicate with guests appropriately and effectively
