Server (Seasonal - Full-Time)

Four Seasons is seeking a Server to join their Food & Beverage team at their luxury hotel in St. Louis. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, maintaining a welcoming environment, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage. Requirements

• Customer Service: Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest
• Comprehension: Demonstrating excellent knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including preparation methods, to effectively inform guests
• Customer Satisfaction: Providing guests with an excellent dining experience through prompt, accurate, and attentive service, including conflict resolution when necessary
• Communication/Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
