Four Seasons is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team in Los Angeles. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food production, training employees, and maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation. Ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of culinary experience, leadership skills, and a college degree.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years' experience in Culinary
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Second language preferred
• Three plus years of experience in cooking and supervision
• College graduate or culinary school graduate with experience required
