Job Description
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing proper services and maintaining Four Seasons standards. Facilitates guest arrival and departure, coordinates spa treatment bookings, and responds to interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of spa receptionist or related experience
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
