Job Description
The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests proactively and deals with all enquiries, provides a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests, and ensures that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance are observed according to guidelines laid down by operating guides.
Requirements
- Holder of a university degree or equivalent
- At least, one year of experience in luxury or five-star hotels
- Has worked at the reception, and preferably at the Spa reception
- Excellent communication skills
- Time Management skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent understanding of operating standards
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, multilingual is preferred
- Masters the different Microsoft programs, mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
