Four Seasons Resort LÄna'i is looking for a Spa Receptionist to create a serene, luxurious experience for guests. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and managing the spa journey. Requirements include a passion for wellness, exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Warmly greet all guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Schedule and confirm spa appointments
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain detailed knowledge of spa treatments, products, and amenities
- Collaborate with therapists and other team members
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and tranquility of the spa reception area
