The Spa Supervisor is an integral part of the Spa Team, providing a warm and welcoming experience for guests and ensuring accuracy in managing spa reservations. This role requires excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, and a thorough understanding of Spa treatments and The Spa environment.
Requirements
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft, One Drive and Book4Time preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
