Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining harmonious and professional relationships with all departments and Home Office, complying with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct, and assisting the Assistant Director of Finance with internal controls and staff development. The role involves directing and supervising the efforts of payroll, accounts payable, and general cashiering, as well as maintaining accurate and timely financial records and labor reports.

Requirements

• Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments and Home Office.
• Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Assist Assistant Director of Finance with maintaining the effectiveness of internal controls to safeguard the assets and resources of the hotel.
• Direct and supervise the efforts, quality, and timeliness of all aspects of payroll, accounts payable, and general cashiering or other areas as directed by the Assistant Director of Finance and Director of Finance
