Job Description
The Staff Shuttle Driver is responsible for driving staff shuttle and safety concerns of the Resort while complying with all Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts’ policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must have existing work authorization to work in the country of Thailand
- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent administrative and multitask skills and good problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and employees
- Commitment to upholding Four Seasons Service and Culture standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
