Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our kitchen team as a Steward (Dishwasher). We are looking for a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

Requirements

• Genuine, caring, and compassionate professional
• Strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
• Integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• Collaborative team-player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
• 2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Ability to stand and walk around for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
