Job Description
The Steward ensures the cleanliness of Food & Beverage cutlery, plates, and glassware. Maintains cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas. Organizes storage, manages waste/recycling, and maintains cleanliness of dining areas.
Requirements
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, ability to work under pressure, physical stamina
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
