The Steward provides support to the Food and Beverage departments in delivering an award-winning service, through meticulous attention to detail and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware and cutlery using a dishwashing machine.
- Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of all main kitchen equipment, as well as kitchen facilities and food and beverage areas.
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
- Execute and maintain the silverware polishing program.
- Use and handle cleaning products and chemicals safely.
