Job Description
The Branch Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the entire operations of a branch, ensuring alignment to corporate strategies and objectives. They will create the branch strategy, cultivate relationships with business partners and within the community, and identify, acquire, and service consumer/business deposit and lending relationships.
Requirements
- College degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of financial or equivalent sales and service experience
- 3-5 years of supervisory and leadership experience
- 3-5 years of credit or lending experience
- STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 3 months
- Lending Product Certification
- NMLS License within 3 months
- Notary License within 6 months
- PC, Windows, and Internet proficiency
