Human Resources Recruiter

The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment throughout the organization, with a focus on entry level positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment.
• 2+ years of sales recruitment experience preferred. Financial industry a plus.
• Must be familiar with state and federal labor acts and laws including but not limited to FCRA, EEOC, FCA, and other DOL guidelines.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media proficient.
