The Local Sales Assistant will contribute to the success of the team by supporting Account Executives and Sales Managers in sales initiatives, participating in the creation of customized proposals and ad campaigns, and working with the creative services department to create digital ads.
Requirements
- Support Account Executives and Sales Managers in sales initiatives
- Participate in the creation of customized proposals and ad campaigns
- Order entry and fulfillment/delivery of all digital campaigns
- Traffic digital copy, monitor pacing and create performance reports
- Participate in the management of online inventory and the monitoring of advertiser campaign pacing to ensure campaigns are continually optimized
- Reconciliation of digital campaigns and billing; review & approve vendor invoices
- Work with our creative services department to create all digital ads needed for campaigns
- Direct contact with the sales management and Account Executives
- Must have the ability to multi-task and be consistently available to help the team succeed throughout the day
