A CNC Operator is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of manufacturing machinery, running tests, loading, unloading and inspecting parts, and achieving production standards.

Requirements

• Operating CNC machines
• Performing basic math calculations
• Maintaining dimensional tolerances
• Interpreting basic dimensions on a print
• Utilizing precision measuring instruments
• Loading, unloading, and inspecting parts
• Maintaining accurate part counts
• Reporting and asking supervisor/lead for assistance
• Following documented operator procedures
• Maintaining a clean work area and observing all safety procedures
