Document Control Specialist

FOX Factory is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join their team. This role will involve analyzing and reviewing engineering and documentation additions and changes for accuracy, completeness and compliance to company and customer requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating part numbers, BOMs, and submitting Engineering Change Orders.

Requirements

• Generate Bill of Materials and Routings
• Maintain the Change Control Process
• Manage and maintain active, obsolete, and computerized files
• Participate in the training of new Engineers on how to use systems
• Develop a Master Data Management Tool
• Set up ISO 45001 document control process
• Troubleshoot attribute anomalies and conduct data cleaning
