Inside Sales Representative

FOX Factory is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service, obtain orders, and establish new accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong phone presence, excellent listening skills, and intermediate to advanced MS Office expertise.

Requirements

• Understanding customer needs and requirements and provide relevant solutions
• Sourcing current and new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax
• Establish friendly relations with customers and maintain ongoing relations with the customers
