Manufacturing Engineer 2- Machine Shop

Fox Factory is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer 2 to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for machined components, leading process failure mode and effects analysis, and collaborating with CNC technicians and programmers to optimize machining processes. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience in process development, NPI, or continuous improvement preferred
• Machining experience preferred but not required
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems and product development processes
