Production Lead

Supports day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring safe and efficient fabrication and machining activities in accordance with company standards and production schedules. Trains and mentors production employees, enforces safety policies, and promotes a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Trade school certification or bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in steel fabrication or metal manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of leadership or lead-person experience preferred
