Job Description
Dynamic company seeking Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth by identifying, qualifying, and capturing federal contracting opportunities. Lead business development and capture efforts, build pipeline, and foster relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in federal contracting
- Demonstrated success winning federal contracts (prime and/or subcontract)
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes
- Experience with contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, GSA Schedules)
- Established network within federal agencies and/or government contractors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
