Job Description
Seeking a Partnership Tax Manager (Operating) for our client in the financial industry. Conduct primary and secondary reviews of complex tax returns and provide tax consulting services for partnership clients. Collaborate with the Partnership Tax team and make recommendations on return preparation and tax savings opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in accounting
- CPA required
- Minimum six to ten years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or a combination of industry and public accounting experience
- Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation and mergers & acquisitions is preferred
