Job Description
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care to older adults in Plymouth, MA. The ideal candidate will have a valid OT license, a degree from an accredited OT program, and basic computer and EMR proficiency. The therapist will work in a community-based practice, providing in-home and senior living care, and have the opportunity to practice in both in-home and senior living community settings.
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
