Job Description
Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with at least five (5) years of experience in assisting with transactional matters.
Requirements
- Coordinate the signature process, including the creation of a signature matrix.
- Draft and file the required closing certificates with the appropriate Secretary of State's office.
- Obtain tax clearance, as necessary.
- Assist with financing transactions, business transactions, and real estate transactions.
- Review and manage all transactional and corporate governance documents.
- Prepare and maintain corporate books and records.
