The Activities Director is responsible for the overall direction of the care community’s activity program, developing and coordinating activities, and evaluating staff and volunteers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with college and/or clerical schooling preferred, and successful completion of an Activity Director Course or 2 years of experience in a social or recreational program.
