A diversified investment and trading group in Dubai is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support across its business operations.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, term sheets, NDAs, and other legal agreements.
• Manage and coordinate legal due diligence on potential investments.
• Advise on corporate structure, compliance, and regional regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external counsel on complex or cross-border legal issues.
• Maintain internal legal documentation, templates, and policy frameworks.
• Support portfolio companies on governance, shareholder matters, and board documentation.
