Job Description
The News Assistant will coordinate clips, assemble scripts, and assist with news gathering in a TV newsroom. They will also be required to join the WGA East union and work overnights and flexible hours.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior major market experience in a TV newsroom
- Desktop editing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent team player and organizational skills
