Sales Assistant

Fox TV Stations is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support Local Account Executives and Sales Managers in driving sales success. The role involves managing sales orders, maintaining political tracking, and coordinating with internal departments.

Requirements

• Accurately input and manage sales orders
• Maintain political tracking and upload orders to the FCC file
• Organize make-goods and support Digital Sales operations
• Collaborate with Media Buyers, clients, and their assistants
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Programming, Traffic, Creative Services, etc.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations using PowerPoint
• Partner with cross-functional finance teams to execute reconciliation and credit processes
