2026-2027 Non-Employee Instructor - Dual Credit (Culinary, Early Childhood, and Education)

Dual Credit Instructors are responsible for teaching Fox Valley Technical College courses at high schools, promoting student success, and developing instructional strategies. They must be well-prepared and highly motivated to teach high school students who earn college credits.

Requirements

• Learning Facilitation – Foster student learning by developing instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs.
• Assessment – Assess student learning and provide regular feedback to help students be successful.
• Classroom Management – Fulfill assigned schedule, maintain accurate student attendance and grade records, and maintain instructional environment.
• Team Participation – Support the college and department, as well as staying current with internal and external changes and initiatives.
• Student Success & Support – Serve as an advocate for students and collaborate with Student Services staff to retain students and close achievement gaps.
• Professional Development – Continually improve knowledge and skills in emerging trends, current occupational practices, and teaching through professional development activities.
• Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements: Hold a current DPI license, proficiency utilizing learning management system, strong verbal communication skills, and adapt quickly to changing demands.
