Mechanical - Thermal Engineer (R&D)

Foxconn Industrial Internet (FII) is seeking a highly motivated Thermal Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the cooling of servers. The successful candidate will work on R&D, perform thermal solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and commercially viable server products.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline
• Strong fundamental backgrounds in heat transfer and fluid mechanics
• Knowledge of thermal analysis and computational modeling
• Experience with CFD tools such as FloTherm, ANSYS-IcePak and Fluent etc.
• Ability to visualize and clarify product needs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
