Production Trainer Assistant

We are seeking a Bilingual Production Trainer assistant to support employee orientation, and ongoing training within the manufacturing facility. This role will work closely with Production, Safety and Quality teams to ensure employees are properly trained on company policies, safety procedures, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and basic Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or training experience preferred
