Supply Chain Manager

Supply chain management involves a series of processes to get a product from its initial raw materials to the end customer. It's an end-to-end system that encompasses multiple functions and requires strategic planning, coordination, and optimization.

Requirements

• Overall supervision of the supply chain, from raw material procurement to delivery of finished products to customers.
• Planning and strategy to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Problem-solving to identify and resolve operational gaps and risks.
• Performance measurement to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Communication and resolution of supply chain issues between internal product lines.
• Overseeing production/delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with timely deliveries.
• Material RMA to return defective materials to suppliers and entering work orders.
• Planning required materials and purchase quantities to fulfill demand.
• Utilizing SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office 365 and internal systems.
