Requirements
- Overall supervision of the supply chain, from raw material procurement to delivery of finished products to customers.
- Planning and strategy to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving to identify and resolve operational gaps and risks.
- Performance measurement to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communication and resolution of supply chain issues between internal product lines.
- Overseeing production/delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with timely deliveries.
- Material RMA to return defective materials to suppliers and entering work orders.
- Planning required materials and purchase quantities to fulfill demand.
- Utilizing SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office 365 and internal systems.
