Linux Security Analyst

The Linux Security Analyst is an onsite role at our Houston office. This role will be supporting the protection of enterprise systems, networks, and data across corporate and manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Monitor security tools and dashboards for threats, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activity.
• Support daily security operations across network, endpoint, and cloud environments.
• Assist with the administration of firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and endpoint protection systems.
• Create and maintain security alerts, reports, and dashboards for operational visibility and compliance.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents with guidance from senior team members.
• Perform basic vulnerability scans and track remediation activities.
• Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and documentation efforts.
• Collaborate with IT and OT staff to incorporate security into projects and system changes.
• Support company-wide security awareness initiatives.
