Manufacturing Technician

Provide process engineering support to production lines, improve assembly processes, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Perform time studies and line balancing on assembly lines
• Support facility layout and improvement projects
• Train operators on assembly processes
• Propose and implement improvements to existing products, processes, and procedures
• Design and implement new tools to help improve quality and productivity
• Work with Test and Quality Engineers to reduce cycle-time and resolve manufacturing issues
• Assist Process Engineer in NPI (New Product Introduction) and process improvement
• Provide production floor support as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
