Job Description
The Staff Process Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for driving the development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes for semiconductor equipment components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in precision machining and surface treatment processes
- Strong expertise in CNC machining, GD&T, and manufacturing process development
- Experience with CAD/CAM, data analysis tools, and ERP/MES systems
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and drive cross-functional results
