Job Description
Directs activities of the Resort Sales department, promotes top quality customer service, and formulates departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- Five (5) years of senior sales management experience
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Well-developed tactful problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to plan long-term goals
- Financial knowledge necessary to develop and maintain detailed financial records
