Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong exposure to the banking and financial services domain to support requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 5ā10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services
- Knowledge of banking products and processes
- Proficiency in writing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, BPMN tools, and SQL (nice to have)
