Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses full lifecycle ownership from design and development through to deployment, operations, and continuous support, ensuring platform reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in working with business users, telco experience
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience in configuring and developing Salesforce modules like CPQ, Order Management, Pricing Services, and Product Definition
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Flosum, Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT)
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, Salesforce Health Check)
- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of end-to-end DevOps lifecycle, including environment management, continuous integration, automated testing, release management, and observability
- Proven track record of improving deployment reliability and reducing change failure rates
- Strong experience with integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft, Heroku, and third-party APIs
- Ability to design and implement custom integrations to enhance system interoperability
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on creating efficient, scalable, and high-performance solutions
- Experience optimizing workflows and addressing system bottlenecks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Proven ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams including developers, QA, release managers, and support operations
- Comfortable working in a DevSecOps or agile product delivery model
- Experience with Telecomunication CRM
