Job Description
FRAMOS, an international tech company, is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer to join their team in ÄŒakovec, Croatia. The role involves designing hardware, developing architecture, selecting components, and creating schematics and PCBs. You'll collaborate with an experienced engineering team to develop pioneering products and ensure compliance with industry standards, with relocation assistance provided.
Requirements
- Experience in developing electronic circuits, preferably fine-pitch designs (BGA, etc.)
- Understanding of multi-layer PCB design
- Higher or first-level training with a focus on hardware (faculty, master's degree, or doctorate)
- Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach
- Ability to work well in a team, communicate ideas openly, and respect different perspectives
- Clear thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SolidWorks (preferred)
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
