Preconstruction Manager

The Preconstruction Manager supports the preconstruction phase of assigned construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, value engineering, bid management, and subcontractor coordination.

Requirements

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, managing all aspects of the budgeting and bidding processes.
• Work closely with project teams and trade partners to ensure clear communication, streamlined processes, and project consistency.
• Communicate regularly with clients and team members, addressing concerns and aligning project objectives.
• Assist in evaluating trade partner bids, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in project pricing.
• Act with initiative, setting and achieving goals independently while maintaining accountability.
• Ensure accurate, clear communication internally and externally.
