Job Description
Francis Parker School seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate individual to be responsible for the instruction of swimming and water safety to students.
Requirements
- Provide basic in-water instruction to students focusing on water safety, stroke development and overall aquatic skills
- Provide a safe environment for all students
- Instill confidence in students in a safe and supportive environment
- Promote a love for swimming and the water
- Setup and breakdown of the pool
- Communicate information properly to the supervisor
- Foster positive relationships with the team and students
