Mortgage Banker

Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Mortgage Banker to work at our Grand Forks office, responsible for origination of secondary market loans, in-house portfolio market loans, and applications including purchase, refinance, and construction loans.

Requirements

• Actively develops new and existing customer relationships
• Analyzes individual loan documents to determine customers' cash flow and ability to pay the loan
• Meets and interviews applicants to determine creditworthiness
• Monitors and collects past due loans
• Assists customers who have difficulty making payments
• Ensures all legal, compliance, and CRA requirements are met
