Job Description
We are looking for a Department Manager to lead our Sewage and Environment department, responsible for growth, customer satisfaction, and team management. The ideal candidate has a technical or commercial background, leadership experience, and knowledge of our products and target markets.
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training
- Further training as a technician, sales manager, or business administrator
- Leadership experience and enjoyment of working in a team
- Self-responsible, structured work
- Safe handling of common IT
- Comprehensive knowledge of our products, their areas of application, and the respective target markets
- Overview of the entire product range and company structure
- Good English skills
- Travel readiness (national and international)
- Driving license class B
