We are looking for a Country Head HR for Germany to lead the HR team and support the Franke Foodservice Systems and Franke Home Solutions divisions in Bad Säckingen. The role requires a transformative leadership approach, strategic HR consulting, and implementation of standardized HR processes.
Requirements
- Completed studies in human resources management, business psychology, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as Head of HR, personnel manager/in, or senior HR business partner with leadership responsibility in a matrix organization and in a manufacturing company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and experience in constructive cooperation with works councils.
- Secure handling of labor law issues and HR processes.
- High advisory competence, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Relevant experience in change management, transformation, and integration of acquisitions is a major plus.
- Very good German and English language skills.
