We are looking for a motivated and curious Executive Researcher to join our global Recruiting & Talent Center of Excellence in Aarburg, Switzerland. The role supports leadership and expert hiring across all divisions and functions worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree required; masterâs degree in progress or completed is a plus.
- 1â3 years of relevant early professional experience (e.g., market research, consulting, project planning, talent acquisition, executive search).
- Experience managing multiple projects in a structured and reliable way.
