Job Description
Under limited supervision, supervises and coordinates the activities of the property claims function, including directing and managing the property claims process and overseeing the management of all claims.
Requirements
- Directs and manages the property claims function
- Approves reserves and payments within authority level
- Manages reserve adequacy, settlement approval, litigation and best practice/quality review
- Manage vendor programs that provide claims services
- Functions as a Supervisor of a business unit
- Trains, coaches and leads staff
- Recommends and implements operational plans and procedures
