Dean of Students - High School

The Dean of Students provides behavioral and disciplinary support to the administrative team, teaching staff, and student body. They provide training, coaching, and consultation to stakeholders, including families, and create a nurturing learning environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrates excellent communication skills
• Establishes excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Possession of valid teaching, counseling, or social work certification
• Minimum of one to three years of successful teaching, counseling, or social work experience
