Job Description
The Medical Clinic Staffing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staffing needs of the medical clinic, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinic staff. The role coordinates interview scheduling, manages job postings, and assists in hiring efforts to ensure the clinic maintains appropriate staffing levels. The Staffing Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for shift coverage and scheduling coordination, helping ensure adequate staffing and timely communication with clinic personnel.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the State of Idaho
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing, preferred
- Current License as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Idaho, preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in staffing, scheduling, or HR coordination, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting
