Receptionist will be responsible for making a positive first impression with guests and clients, handling calls, and managing conference rooms and common areas.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience as a receptionist required
- Positive, upbeat, customer service focused attitude required
- Exceptional business etiquette while maintaining a professional appearance
- Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, printers, copiers, scanners, faxes, appointment scheduling, and call forwarding systems preferred
- High level of confidentiality and discretion needed
- Must be dependable
- Must be highly organized with extreme attention to detail
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the firm mission with a strong work ethic and ability to work as a team
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions through demonstrated resourcefulness
